Dr. Eileen Kae Kintner, Ph.D., B.S.N., R.N.
Associate Professor, Principal Investigator SHARP & CAPS
Dr. Kintner has over 30 years of pediatric and adult clinical settings, and community education research experience working with older school age students, adolescents, and young adults living with asthma. Dr. Kintner is responsible for developing the SHARP Program. Although Dr. Kintner was raised in Michigan, she now lives in Texas.
Dr. Gwendolyn Cook, Ph.D., M.S.N., R.N.
Research Associate-Educational Psychology
Dr. Cook has over 28 years of clinical nursing experience working with children and adults in psychological and social settings. Dr. Cook lives in Westland. She held nursing faculty positions at the University of Michigan and Michigan State University before working with the SHARP Program. Dr. Cook worked with Dr. Kintner and Ms. Hull to design the SHARP Student and Community Components. Dr. Cook works very closely with the Schoolteachers who deliver the SHARP Program to students and their families.
Lakisha Hull, AICP, Assoc. AIA
Ms. Hull has over 18 years of graphic design experience. She worked closely with Dr. Kintner and Dr. Cook to design the SHARP Student and Community Component materials. Over a 10 year period, Ms. Hull drew all of the pictures in the Keepsake Workbooks and Community Handouts. Ms. Hull lives in California.
