Welcome to UTNSA!
The University of Texas at Austin Nursing Students Association (UTNSA) is a student nursing association dedicated to promoting professionalism and leadership for UT nursing students. We represent over 200 student nurses from the University of Texas at Austin preparing for initial licensure as registered nurses.
We aim to promote ties among nursing students of all levels, as well as our connections with the faculty at The University of Texas and other state and national nursing organizations (of both a student and professional nature). We want to strengthen professional standards among students as future members of the nursing profession. We also provide opportunities to serve the Austin community and build relationships while doing so. Monthly meetings and social events are additional opportunities to get connected. Furthermore, we serve as the official representative voice of undergraduate nursing students in the Senate of College Councils.
