National Student Nurses Association (NSNA)

UTNSA encourages both membership in UTNSA and NSNA. Membership in both of these organizations is supported by the School of Nursing as well. There are many benefits of joining NSNA, which is the professional organization for nursing students across the nation. With a membership of over 50,000 nationwide, NSNA mentors the professional development of future nurses and facilitates their entrance into the profession by providing educational resources, leadership opportunities, and career guidance.

How to sign up for 2009-2010 NSNA Membership:

  • Go to NSNA website
  • Click “Sign up for New Membership”
  • Fill in the forms appropriately. Enter 5015 in the Recruiter Number box on the “Step 5: Join Details” page
  • Enter payment information
  • Copy and print the NSNA number you are given for future use

If you have questions or want to pay with a check, please email our NSNA Recruiter, Heather Muir or come to the UTNSA office during office hours and you can fill out a Membership Application and UTNSA will send it in. New member fees are $30 per year, and renewing members are $40 annually.
