Join the 1910 Society

The 1910 Society was created to celebrate our centennial and to encourage philanthropic giving to support the recruitment and retention of the very best graduate students from Texas, the nation and the world. Becoming a member of the inaugural class of The 1910 Society signifies your recognition of the importance of graduate education on campus and around the world.

It is our goal to welcome 1,910 alumni and friends to join us in our effort to support continued excellence in graduate education at The University of Texas at Austin.

To join The 1910 Society, we ask that you pledge a minimum of $1,910 to be paid all at once or over the course of three years.

Your membership will enable you to stay connected to graduate education on campus through

  • Invitations to attend events and programs such as The 1910 Society Lecture Series and more
  • Regular updates about research, students and important initiatives that advance the university
  • Opportunities for recognition at events, on the Graduate School Web site and printed materials
