
The University of Texas at Austin Graduate School is pleased to announce the selection of Jim Maxwell as Outstanding Graduate Coordinator for the 2006-2007 academic year. Jim has served as Graduate Coordinator for the Department of Curriculum and Instruction for seven years. "He has become an invaluable member of our department and a key resource for our graduate students," states Dr. Lawrence Abraham, Chair of the department. "Indeed, he is indispensable." An accomplished juggler, Jim brings those skills to his multi-faceted job each day.
Graduate Coordinators provide an invaluable service to the university and its community of students, faculty, and staff. Jim will be honored at the annual Graduate School / University Coop awards banquet in spring 2007.
