Outstanding Master's Thesis/Report

DIANE M. ZANDER - Radio-Television-Film.  Ms. Zander's documentary film, Girl Wrestler, is a compelling story about growing up, sports, family relationships, and gender roles.  The film has been praised for its technical craftsmanship and treatment of critical social issues, and has been accepted for screening in two of the most prestigious film festivals for documentaries in the country:  South-by-Southwest (Austin) and the Full Frame Documentary Festival (Durham, NC).   Report supervisor:  Paul Stekler.
