Outstanding Master's Thesis/Report
JAIME L. HABERER - Marine Science. Ms. Haberer's thesis, A Scalable HPLC Method to Determine Soluble Reactive Phosphate (SRP) in Freshwater and Saltwater, documents a new analysis method for measuring phosphate in aquatic environments. This new approach reduces the amount of hazardous chemicals required and opens up new avenues for research into phosphorus cycling in the environment. Ms. Haberer's work is currently in the final stages of review for publication in Marine Chemistry, the premier journal for publishing aquatic-related analytical methods. Thesis supervisor: Jay A. Brandes.
