The College of Natural Sciences Special Fellowship
The College of Natural Sciences offers fellowships funded by the Office of the Dean for graduate students in the College.
Applicants must not be employed at 50% time or more as a Teaching Assistant, an Assistant Instructor, a Graduate Research Assistant, or in a similar job title during the Fall Semester. Resident and non-resident students may apply. Higher priority for an award is given to those students in their final semester of graduate work or students needing supplemental support to employment of less than one-half time. Recipients may be newly recruited students.
Applications must be submitted to the Chairperson of the academic unit in which the student is enrolled by June 1, 2004.
Stipend: Approximately fifteen fellowships of $1,000 per student will be awarded. Out-of-state tuition waivers are available for awardees that are non-Texas residents.
