Survey of Earned Doctorates (SED)
Web Registration Option
The Survey of Earned Doctorates is pleased to introduce our new electronic registration process. Research doctorate recipients may register directly via the web and instantaneously receive a PIN and password as well as the URL to the survey so you can access and complete the survey all on-line. The new electronic registration makes the survey easier to access for students who file their graduation paperwork electronically or who may not reside near the university. The registration URL is:

Once you have completed the questionnaire via the Web, you should print the certificate at the end of the questionnaire to turn in to the Graduate School to indicate the SED was completed.
