Employee Resources
Compliance Training System – The Office of Institutional Compliance requires training for all University employees on compliance-related matters.
Employee Assistance Program – The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers free, confidential counseling and mental health consultation to UT Employees about personal or work-related concerns.
Employee Records – UT Direct provides resources on Employee Earning Statements, Employee Information, Timesheets, and Paycheck Profiles (PO-8).
Important Information for New Employees – Provides new employees with a checklist of steps to complete during the first week of employment. It also provides commonly needed forms for new employees such as W-4, I-9, PO-8, and Ethics Statement Verification.
Medical and Other Insurance Benefits – The Human Resource Services (HRS) Office provides information about the medical and insurance benefits provided as part of your appointment as a postdoctoral scholar.
New Employee Orientation – This course, sponsored by the Office of Human Resource Services, provides an introduction to UT 's culture, values, history, services, resources, and benefits, including insurance and retirement programs, in which eligible employees may enroll.
