Butler School of Music press conference:

The School of Music in the College of Fine Arts at The University of Texas at Austin was named for Dr. Ernest and Sarah Butler following the couple's gift of $55 million, the largest single gift for a music school at a public university. President William Powers Jr. made the announcement March 18 in the Main Building at The University of Texas at Austin.
