Students from the University of Texas at Austin chapter of Engineers Without Borders travel around the globe fighting global effects of poverty from the ground up. In a small community located in the Coahuila Desert students from all disciplines are implementing a water distribution system. Through underground piping, a solar-powered submersible pump will distribute potable water to faucets at each home as well as to a storage tank.
