The Division of Textiles and Apparel's 2008 spring fashion show, "Celebrate!" will take place on April 25 in the Frank Erwin Center. Twenty-six senior apparel design majors will present collections of evening wear, day wear, and bridal gowns in an event the Austin American Statesman calls "the largest, most well attended fashion show of its kind in the Southwest." A pre-show exposition will begin at 7:00 p.m., highlighting programmatic and research activity within the division.
