How We Work

It's About Results
Understanding your goals and your audience’s need is the key to communication success. We work with you to uncover audience insights and define your communication goals through our collaborative and engaging process.

Discovery
Your project starts with a meeting to discuss your needs and goals. From this meeting we develop a project proposal that outlines project scope, project phases, costs and deliverables. Based on these factors we build a specialized communication team of designers, copywriters, programmers and other talented professionals who will match your budget and help you reach your goal. Once you approve the estimate, we issue a work order, and the project begins.

Research
Our next step is to define the communication problem to be solved. By understanding your goals, your audience and your success criteria, we can select appropriate research tools, including surveys, focus groups, interviews and workshops. We’ll analyze the results with qualitative and statistical analysis and interpret and report on the results.

Design
The design process starts with a meeting that brings you, the Art Director and design team together to discuss the specific project specifications, design criteria, budget and schedule. A creative brief is developed based on these discussions and is presented to you for approval. Once the brief is approved, several rounds of design explorations are developed and presented until the best design solution is selected.

Evaluation
Your project will be evaluated based on criteria established during the planning stage. We evaluate performance on the goals and provide feedback so you can prove your effectiveness. A client survey is issued to determine the level of our department’s performance and uncover opportunities for improvement.
