BIOGRAPHY

License engineer in Texas; Diplomate of the American Academy of Environmental Engineers; recipient of the 2000 Arthur M. Wellington Prize of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE); recently completed study on fate of indicator bacteria and pathogens during municipal sludge treatment; civil engineering and environmental engineering program evaluator for the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology.
