BIOGRAPHY
Victor joined TACC in 2005 as a Research Scientist in the High Performance Computing group. Before coming to TACC, he held positions at the University of Illinois, the University of California at Los Angeles, and the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.
His published materials include: Sparsebench - a benchmark suite for kernels in iterative methods for linear systems; Templates, a very popular introduction to iterative methods for linear systems of equations; and TeX by Topic - a comprehensive discussion of the deeper foundations of TeX as a programming language.
