The Challenge Process Research Conclusion

Conclusion: The need to move beyond our reputation as a leading state institution was the motivator for the university to look closer at the way in which we communicated with constituents. In order to be better understood on a national level, the university needed to send consistent messages to its audiences. By informing its faculty, staff and students about the brand, the university hopes to better express its value to a national audience.
