About University Operations
The Office of the Vice President for University Operations was founded in 2000 to provide quality leadership and service to the faculty, staff, students and visitors of The University of Texas at Austin. Led by Dr. Pat Clubb, the University Operations portfolio consists of one vice president and four associate vice presidents overseeing a diverse array of service units. These units provide a variety of services to the university, ranging from child care to lab-safety training, and law enforcement to competitive swimming programs. University Operations also meets most of the university’s operational needs, including construction planning, building maintenance, benefits administration, and many others.
