New Service Request Process
Technology Resources is introducing a new Service Request Process for University Operations to standardize prioritization and management of work requests. Operations’ Associate Vice Presidents have approved the new process and Service Request Questionnaire (SRQ) form, which will be refined through April. More about the new Service Request Process.
TRecs “News” Revived
The TRecs website is about to roar back to life. Client Services will begin writing news stories about Technology Resources and posting them to the TRecs web page in accordance with Director Rogelio Ruiz’s request to “establish a more predictable and consistent approach to communication for Technology Resources.” More about revived news items.
WORQS has some changes in the works. The Work Order Request and Query System (WORQS) is getting upgraded by the WORQS2 project to improve the user experience and encourage greater usage. More about the WORQS2 project.
