Director

Bobby serves the university well in his position as director of PTS. He began his career with PTS as a cashier and watched the first garage open during his 20 years with this department. His experience in the operations of all the garages on campus and in other leadership areas is highly valued.

Jeri Baker, B.A.
Assistant Director

After taking an early retirement from FedEx, Jeri Baker joined the PTS staff in July 2002. After working with the garages for several years, she moved into the surface parking manager position, overseeing permits, surface lots, and the appeals team. In October 2008, she was promoted to assistant director for the department. She is committed to providing outstanding service to our customers. Jeri is a graduate of UT, receiving her degree in American Studies. Jeri's office number is 471-5813. Her cell phone number is 569-1562.

Administrative Associate

Chelsea is originally from Louisiana and proud of it. She has four pets: Tima, a six-year-old girl cat who is conscious about her figure; Janeane Garofalo, Tima’s brother, who has no qualms over having a girl’s name; Raz(zmatazz), a 10-year-old narcoleptic calico; and Owen, a strange boy from Pennsylvania who lives with her and fixes all the electronics she breaks. Chelsea is obsessed with Project Runway, gory movies, sweet tea, and cheese enchiladas. Her goal in life is to own a TV that’s larger than 65” and every video gaming system ever.

Accountant I

Jeff (originally from Nebraska, by way of Texas Tech University, both of which he is proud of) came to PTS in 1999 from the Office of Accounting. He has a thorough knowledge of the department, as he has worked his way up to an accountant position from an assistant evening garage supervisor position. He is currently finishing his degree at Texas A&M University - Central Texas in Killeen, where he resides and in his off time, enjoys working with his horses.

Robert Codner
Coordinator, The University Student Shuttle Bus System

Robert began his career with Capital Metro in 1986. Robert has worked for the transportation authority in customer service, finance, treasury, as an alternative transportation supervisor, operations supervisor, and in October 2006, became the contracted services coordinator. In his current position, Robert serves as Capital Metro’s liaison to UT Parking and Transportation Services and The University of Texas at Austin.  Robert is responsible for contract oversight of the university, First Transit, Veolia Transportation, Capital Area Rural Transportation, Austin Independent School District, and E-Bus.  Robert’s office is on the UT campus and he can be reached at (512) 232-1480 or e-mail at shuttle@www.utexas.edu.
