and retired Lt. Colonel, Charlie is well equipped to manage
the day to day operations of parking enforcement on the UT
Austin campuses. His goals include customer friendly enforcement,
safety, and an efficient staff. |

Charles Banks
Maintenance Supervisor
Charles supervises the maintenance crew for the University garages and
surface parking lots. His 20 years of UT service includes striping lots,
painting curbs, installing parking and street signs, air-conditioning,
electrical, framing and building. His outstanding leadership skills,
dependability, and attention to PTS maintenance supports clean, well
maintained surface lots and garages. |
