Charlie Smith, B.S.,M.A.
Parking Manager - Enforcement

As a graduate of the Military Academy at West Point and a retired Lt. Colonel in the U.S. Army, Charlie is well equipped to manage the day-to-day operations of parking enforcement and maintenance of surface lots, signs, and curbs on the UT Austin campuses. His goals include: consistent enforcement of the parking resources on campus, customer service, safety, and an efficient staff. Contact Charlie with questions, suggestions on campus signs, problems with signs, or when the parking enforcement assistants/kiosk guards are giving great customer focused service.

Charles Banks
Maintenance Supervisor

Charles supervises the maintenance crew for the University garages and surface parking lots. His 20 years of UT service includes striping lots, painting curbs, installing parking and street signs, air-conditioning, electrical, framing and building. His outstanding leadership skills, dependability, and attention to PTS maintenance supports clean, well maintained surface lots and garages.

Abe Vasquez
Senior Kiosk Supervisor

Abraham Vasquez has been with UT for 13 years. He supervises all main campus and Pickle Research Campus kiosk parking assistants as well as the student employees for parking enforcement. His office number is 512-232-5176.

Ronnie Breeding
Day Guard Supervisor

Ronnie came to PTS after 26 years in law enforcement. He retired from the Houston Tx Police Department then was the assistant chief of police with the Alpine Tx Police Department, ending his last years with the Hays County Sheriff Department in San Marcos Tx. Ronnie is a Viet Nam veteran, having served in the US Navy and with the US Army Nation Guard at Ellington Field in Houston Tx. He is currently one of two enforcement division day shift supervisors. Ronnie brings an outstanding work ethic along with a continuing desire to be of service to, not only the PTS, but also the entire UT community. He can be contacted at 512-232-7598.

Willie Tisdale
Evening Guard Supervisor

Willie G. Tisdale Jr. has worked for UT for over 17 years. His mission has all ways been to provide great customer service to the university community and visitors. Willie has also worked at a major corporation, Motorola, as a security administrator for four years. Willie also worked for the UT Police Department for 13 years as a security guard. Willie was included on Nemours hiring boards for new security guards. Willie is a great team leader, supervising with a “One Team” concept; work together, think together. Willie is well-equipped to supervise all evening shift operations, as he has for over four years.
