Jeri Baker, B.A.
Assistant Director

After taking an early retirement from FedEx, Jeri Baker joined the PTS staff in July 2002. After working with the garages for several years, she moved into the surface parking manager position, overseeing permits, surface lots, and the appeals team. In October 2008, she was promoted to assistant director for the department. She is committed to providing outstanding service to our customers. Jeri is a graduate of UT, receiving her degree in American Studies. Jeri's office number is 471-5813. Her cell phone number is 569-1562.

Appeals Officer

Margaret has been with PTS for over 14 years. As a SLICE award winner, her hard work and dedication are valuable assets to the department.

Matthew Enos
Appeals Assistant

With over one year in the PTS enforcement division, Matthew produced exceptional results as a fair ticket writer. Matthew's knowledge of the UT Campus area, PTS parking regulations, and violation codes when combined with his past six years of combined customer service and appeals experience has made him an excellent addition to our appeals unit.

Rob Ware, B.A.
Administrative Associate

Rob is a recent graduate from the University of Utah who followed his wife to Austin (she is going to graduate shool at UT). His life’s ambition is to do something great, but he’s not sure what. One possibility currently being entertained is revisiting his former love of Spanish Eyes pinball, of which he was the region three, under 18, second runner-up at the Utah state competition in 1992. Also remarkably sensitive, Rob regularly sheds nine tears while watching his fave movie Sleepless in Seattle.

Anita Molis
Administrative Assistant

With more than 20 years experience, Anita is a valuable resource to the department. She is responsible for vehicle registrations, researching records, updating the PTS database, providing customer service as well working as a back up cashier.

Debbie Pardo
Senior Office Assistant

Debbie’s 20 plus years of service to PTS provides the department with vital historical information. Debbie is responsible for working with the Department of Motor Vehicles, assisting UTPD with boot – tow information, working as a back-up cashier, as well as providing customer service.

Rosalyn Whiting
Senior Office Assistant

Rosalyn is usually the first voice contact in the administrative office. She greets guests by phone and in person. She takes the initiative to serve the needs of the UT community by answering questions, routing calls and mail, as well as meeting needs of the internal customers (other PTS team members).
