Comdata Card Program
This retail fleet card is accepted at most major retail service stations. Apply for yours to prevent out-of-pocket expenses.
The State Council on Competitive Government awarded the state contract for Retail Credit Card Fuel Purchases to Comdata/TransMontaigne. This card replaces all other commercial fuel cards.
All state agencies & institutions are required to use the Comdata card exclusively for any commercial fuel purchases.
Fueling and Maintenance Sites
The Comdata card is accepted at any fuel station that accepts MasterCard.
How to Request a Card
To request a commercial fuel card, complete Form FMS-cfc1 (pdf) or Form FMS-cfc1b - for boats (pdf), read and sign Form FMS-cfc3 (pdf), and if a signature authority cannot receive the card, fill out Form FMS-cfc2 (pdf) and forward it to Fleet Management Services via fax (512-471-3629) or campus mail (E6000). Or you can deliver them to the Fleet offices at FC6.

Lost/Stolen Cards
To report a lost or stolen card, please call Comdata’s customer service at 1-800-282-7496 then contact Fleet Operations at 512-471-4668.
Roadside Assistance
Texas Building and Procurement Commission is currently working with Comdata to establish a contract with a roadside assistance company. Until that occurs, you can call the Texas DPS number (1-800-525-5555) found on the back of your Texas driver’s license for assistance anywhere in Texas.
