Parking for Home Football Game Days 

The following UT Parking Garages will be available for public parking 4 hours prior to game time at $10 per vehicle:

• Speedway Garage (corner of Speedway and 27th Street),
• 27th Street Garage (corner of 27th Street and University Ave.),
• San Antonio Garage (corner of San Antonio Street and 25th Street)
• Conference Center Garage (corner of University Ave. and 20th Street)

The following UT surface parking lots will be available for public parking for a $10 fee:

• Lot 17
• Lot 18
• Lot 25
• Lot 56
• Lot 92
• Speedway between Dean Keeton and 21st Street

 
Longhorns Express Bus Service

Capital Metro will provide shuttle service beginning with the UT vs. UTEP game on Sept. 26 with the new Longhorns Express Bus. Capital Metro is working with The University of Texas at Austin to provide shuttles to Darrell K. Royal Texas Memorial Stadium for the remainder of the 2009 football season.

Pick up the Barton Creek Shuttle on the north side of the mall, near Dillard's. The Barton Creek Shuttle drops off fans at University and 21st Street.

Catch the 51st Street Shuttle at the Intramural Fields parking lot, at Guadalupe and 51st street. You'll get dropped off at Dean Keeton and San Jacinto.

The shuttle will begin picking up passengers from remote lots two and a half hours prior to kickoff. Shuttles will stop picking up after kickoff.

The shuttles will begin returning passengers at the end of the third quarter. The last shuttle will depart the stadium one hour after the game has ended.

Individual round trip prices are $8. Cash Only. Student IDs will not be accepted in lieu of fare. Passengers will be issued a roundtrip ticket at the shuttle pick-up location. Fans will be required to present the ticket when boarding the return shuttle. Tickets for returning shuttles will not be sold at the stadium.

RV Parking 

• Lot 110 and 113 will be reserved for Longhorn Foundation Members. Reservations must be made through the Longhorn Foundation Office at (512) 471-4439. Check-in time begins at 8 p.m. Thursday before home games.
   
• Non-Longhorn Foundation RV parking is available in Lot 111. Reservations for this lot are on a game-by-game basis only and must be made by filling out the RV Parking Request Form. For any questions, please contact Dave Kazmirski at (512) 232-7572. Check-in time begins at 6 p.m. on the Friday before home games. Fee is $100 per game.
   
• Additional RV parking is also available on Comal Street south of MLK, just east of IH-35 and south of UFCU Disch-Falk Field.

 
ADA Parking 

• ADA parking is available at $10 per vehicle on a first-come, first-served basis in the following locations:
  • 21st Street between San Jacinto and Speedway
  • 23rd Street Circle
  • 24th Street between San Jacinto and Speedway
  • Lot 80 (limited space)
     
• Person with ADA state placard or license plate MUST be in the vehicle
   
• Have drivers license or registration available to guard for verification
   
• Check point (entry) locations:

  • 21st Street at University Avenue
  • Dean Keeton at Robert Dedman Drive
  • Red River at Robert Dedman Drive
     
• Drop-off locations for ADA patrons not parking within these check points:
  • 23rd Street at Robert Dedman Drive
  • 23rd Street at San Jacinto
  • 21st Street at San Jacinto
  • MLK at Trinity St
    

 
Traffic Restrictions

• Large vehicles/trucks and limousines entering the stadium block will be searched at the commercial delivery/limo entry point located at Robert Dedman Drive and 25th Street beginning at 7 a.m. the day of the game.
   
• Traffic Control Points and one-way traffic around the stadium also go into effect at 7 a.m. the day of the game. Only vehicles with the appropriate Longhorn Foundation permits and ADA placards or license plates will be admitted.
   
• One-way streets:

  • San Jacinto Blvd. between Martin Luther King Blvd. and Dean Keeton Street is one way north bound with no thru traffic between 21st Street and 23rd Street
  • Robert Dedman Drive between Dean Keeton Street and Red River Street is one way south bound
  • 23rd Street between Robert Dedman Drive and San Jacinto Blvd. is one way westbound
  • 21st Street between San Jacinto Blvd. and Speedway is one way westbound post-game only.

UT Austin Permit Holder Parking
Parking Map (pdf)

• General parking is available in the 27th Street Garage (TSG) and the San Antonio Garage (SAG).
   
• Displaced F, R, and S permit holders may begin to relocate to TSG or SAG as early as 11 a.m. the day before a home football game and must be removed from TSG and SAG no later than 7 a.m. on the Monday following game day.
   
• Failure to relocate your vehicle may result in being cited and towed.

Parking Disruptions on Home Football Game Days

• F21 parking under the stadium is prohibited every Friday before home games.
   
• All parking east of Speedway is reserved and will require a special permit.
• All cars must be removed by midnight the night before home football games in the reserved (orange) areas on the map. If non-permitted vehicles are not removed by the posted time they will be towed at the owners expense.
• All cars must be removed from Lot 110 and 113 (RV Lots) by 6pm the Thursday before home football games. Cars will be towed.

 
Towing

• Overnight parking is prohibited on the west side of IH-35 in all restricted lots and streets.
   
• Towing begins at 1am on game day.
