The PTS main office is in the back of the first level of the Trinity Parking Garage (TRG) on the south east corner of MLK and Trinity. Pull a ticket to enter the garage and bring the garage entry ticket with you to the office where you will receive time limited validated parking ONLY while conducting PTS business (permit purchase or citation payment).
Our cashiers are available to serve you from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
