Conference Center Garage (CCG) Monthly Student Permits

Permit Availability

While there are no annual or semester permits available for the Conference Center Garage (CCG), there are a very limited number of monthly passes for current students.

Current pass holders have from the 25th day of the month, until midnight on the final day of the month to renew their pass for the following month. 

While we typically have a renewal rate at or close to 100%, from time to time, a pass may become available. You may place your name on a waiting list for any pass that should become available, during the course of the school year.

Get on the Waitlist

To put your name on the waitlist, we need the following information:

• Name
• EID
• Current, working phone number
• Current email

Email this information to garages@www.utexas.edu.

Waitlist requests expire one year from date request was submitted.

Purchasing a Waitlisted Permit

Please be advised, should you get a call or email, that your name has come up as the next on the waitlist, you will have one day (Claim permit hours are Monday - Friday) to come to purchase that pass.  If you fail to come during that time, the pass will be offered to the next person on the list.

To purchase your pass, you (the pass holder) must come, in person, to the Conference Center Garage. We are open 24 hours a day. We cannot accept payments over the phone.
