HOURS OF OPERATION:

Garage: 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Office: 7:45 a.m. until 9:00 p.m., M-F. Office located on Level LL near the vehicle entrance and exit of the garage- Room LL014.

Payment is made at the completion of your visit by going to the central garage office or one of the self service pay stations located in the garage elevator lobbies, paying for the ticket, receiving a receipt and the ticket back, returning to your vehicle, driving to the exit and inserting the ticket into the rectangular yellow ticket readers stripe up and to the right. The machine will take the ticket, it is not returned, and the gate will open.

This system, while unfamiliar to many, allows for quicker exits and less pollution from queuing cars.

Height Restrictions: 8'2" for the initial entry on Level LL for the ADA spaces; then 7'2" on the remaining portion of LL. The clearance height drops to 6’6” at the bottom of the ramp going from LL down to P1. Clearance past this section resumes at 7’ 2” throughout level P1 and P2.
