Group/Event Parking Request Form
Please provide as much information as possible about your event two weeks before the event. We will notify you by e-mail when your request is approved. Please expect approval two to four weeks prior to your event start date unless you indicate an earlier need. We appreciate your patience. If your event is more than two months away, your request will be processed in the order it was received.
This form must be submitted at least two weeks before the event. Please refer to http://www.utexas.edu/business/accounting/hbp/09_expend/expend1-9.html for information pertaining to Event/VIP or related parking fees paid with a University account number (IDT). The following group/event will visit the university on the given date(s). If space is available, we request that some accommodation be made for parking space. The requester understands that parking needs can be met only on a noninterference basis. If the requester wishes to have a guard or police officer posted to assist visitors, it is the requester's responsibility to send notification of this need in the Comments section of this request form.
