TD Class Permit

Eligibility: Class TD Permits are issued to faculty, students, and staff upon receipt of a signed letter or fax on the doctors letterhead stating the nature and duration of the temporary disability. UT TD permits will only be issued to those persons with temporary disabilities relating to mobility, but do not require a corresponding state disability permit.

Can I purchase a TD permit if my disability is only temporary in nature?

Temporary TD parking permits for students are issued by the PTS office upon receipt of a letter or fax from the applicant's doctor stating the nature and duration of the temporary disability at a rate of $10 a month. Temporary UT TD permits do not require a corresponding state disability permit.

How can I purchase a TD permit?

Faculty and staff may purchase a Class TD permit at the PTS office located on the ground level of the Trinity Parking Garage at the corner of MLK Blvd and Trinity upon verification of the required documents.

Where can I park with a TD permit?

Class TD permit holders may use the permit to park in the disabled (D) spaces located throughout campus.
