Parking for Visitors with Disabilities
Street Parking and Surface Parking Lots
- 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., Monday - Friday
- Visitors with state-issued disability placards or license plates may park in surface parking lot “D” spaces (see map) upon obtaining a temporary university “TD” Permit at any entry control station/ kiosk between 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. weekdays.
- All Other Times
- University “D” Permits are NOT required after 3:30 p.m. or on weekends and holidays. However, a disability license plate or disabled person identification placard is required at all times to park in “D” spaces (see map).
Parking is available for persons with disabilities in all garages for a fee. Those visitors with disabilities displaying the appropriately approved state plate or placard may park in any space reserved for the persons with disabilities in university parking garages.
Conference coordinators and departments must arrange with PTS (Event Parking Request Form) to provide parking and transportation for event guests with disabilities if required between 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
