Vending Services
PTS oversees vending machines for the university’s classrooms, garages and office buildings (with the exception of RecSports facilities and campus residences). We work with four vendors; Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Canteen, and Lone Star Ice Cream, to offer a broad selection of quality products from over 600 machines.

Refund & Service Requests
Refund and repair service requests are sent directly to the vendors for a more prompt response. To better serve you, the following examples are provided to assist you with filling out your refund or service request:
- Not taking coins;
- Not taking dollar bills;
- Did not vend [flavor];
- Selected [flavor], but received [flavor];
- Product was hot/warm;
- Product was outdated;
- Refund button did not work.
