Shuttle Service Level Calendar

The UT-Austin Shuttle Bus service levels adjust depending on service levels required by the university community. These adjustments are aligned with the UT-Austin Academic Calendar. For example, on days that classes are in session, the full complement of shuttles are running, with an emphasis on service during the morning hours when most students are trying to get to class. On days that no classes or finals are being held, the service adjusts to accommodate faculty and staff who need access to Pickle Research Campus or use Forty Acres/East Campus shuttles. These service definitions apply to UT Shuttle Bus routes:

Full Level	Disch-Falk and Forty Acres operate until 11:00 p.m. Buses depart every 5 to 18 minutes on all routes from approximately 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (check schedules for individual route times). After 7:00 p.m., buses depart approximately every 20 to 40 minutes. Departure times after 7:00 p.m. are posted at major stops. The following routes are combined after 7:00 p.m.: NR/LS, ER/LA, RR/CR, WL/CP
Finals Level	Buses depart approximately every 8 to 12 minutes on all routes from 6:45 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. From 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., buses depart approximately every 40 minutes. Departure times after 7:00 p.m. are posted at major stops. *Disch-Falk and Forty Acres operate until 11:00 p.m. PRC does nt operate on Saturday during finals. The following routes are combined after 6:00 p.m.: NR/LS, ER/LA, RR/CR, WL/CP
Summer Level	Buses depart approximately every 8 to 12 minutes on all routes from 6:45 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. From 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., buses depart approximately every 40 minutes. Departure times after 7:00 p.m. are posted at major stops. The following routes are combined all day: NR/LS, ER/LA, RR/CR, WL/CP
Registration Level	Buses depart approximately every 35 minutes on all routes from 6:45 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. The following routes are combined after 7:00 p.m.: NR/LS, IF/FW, ER/LA, RR/CR, WL/CP
Sunday Level	Buses depart approximately every 20 to 70 minutes from 2:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. *There is no PRC service. The following routes are combined all day: NR/LS, IF/FW, ER/LA, RR/CR, WL/CP
No School Level	PRC runs on a reduced schedule.
No Service	No UT Shuttle Service
