Turn Your Vacation Payment into Retirement Savings!Beginning January 2008, your unused annual leave payment can be deferred into a UTSaver Deferred Compensation account. You can defer any portion of your unused annual leave payment up to the annual 457(b) limit. The 2008 457(b) limit for those under age 50 is $15,500. Those age 50 or older can defer up to $20,500.
