The Pharm.D. Application process will use both the PharmCAS application and a UT Austin supplemental application beginning this June 2013 for fall 2014 admissions. There are three key points:

The fall 2014 application cycle is now open as of June 2013 with a deadline of November 1, 2013.  Please see the anticipated fall 2014 application cycle timeline (no timeline posted at the moment).  It takes 4-5 weeks for PharmCAS to verify all of your submitted application material.  Please do not wait until the last minute to submit and pay for your applications!!

Step ONE (see Step TWO): Complete and submit the PharmCAS on-line application.  You will also complete and submit a UT Austin College of Pharmacy on-line Pharm.D. supplemental application.  Both applications will be due NOVEMBER 1 for the following fall entry semester.

The PharmCAS application will ask for the following:

PharmCAS On-line Application

Step TWO: Once you submit your PharmCas application, you will complete the UT Austin College of Pharmacy SUPPLEMENTAL on-line application. Your PharmCAS ID Number will be required for completion of the Pharm.D. supplemental application. It is very important that you enter your PharmCAS ID Number correctly into the Supplemental Application.

Submission of your Pharm.D. supplemental application and NON-REFUNDABLE fee ($75) are both required in order for your Pharm.D. supplemental application to be considered "complete". Once you submit your supplemental application, you will be directed to your application bill using the University of Texas at Austin "What I Owe" system to make payment.

Before you begin the Pharm.D. supplemental application, you must read the following information regarding our requirements and policies:

You will need to check the status of your PharmCAS and Pharm.D. supplemental application through the respective web sites.

If you are admitted into The University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy, you will be asked to submit official transcripts from ALL institutions you've attended to the College of Pharmacy, 2409 University Avenue A1900, Austin, TX 78712.
