Admissions Into The College of Pharmacy, UT Austin

Welcome to the Web Application/Reapplication for Admission

This version of the University of Texas College of Pharmacy Application/Reapplication for Admission was developed and implemented for applying to the entering class of 2006.

Please read the General Instructions carefully before you begin filling out the application/reapplication.

The application/reapplication is to be filled out on-line and submitted by electronic transmission. To establish your application/reapplication file, you must enter your name, create and enter a password (from one to eight characters with both numbers and letters) and complete and save the first section, Biographic Data. Should you forget your confidential password, you must begin anew, because the College of Pharmacy cannot access your password. Once your file is established you may exit and re-enter the application/reapplication program as needed by entering your name and password. You will not be able to submit the application/reapplication until all sections have been completed and saved. You may change the information in the individual sections after the section has been saved and before it is submitted. To submit the completed application/reapplication, click the "SUBMIT" button that appears on the Application (Reapplication) Status page when all sections are complete. Once you submit the application/reapplication, you will not be able to change the information you entered. You may print each section while you are filling out the application/reapplication as well as after the completed application/reapplication has been submitted. You are advised to print a copy of your completed application/reapplication for your records.

There are 3 sections in the Application/Reapplication Form:

Please note that many of the text boxes specify a limit to the number of lines of text that may be entered as your response. These text boxes are not program audited to prevent the applicant from entering more than the specified text limit. It is important that you carefully review all text answers after you have saved the section to ensure that you do not lose data by exceeding the limit. This space limitation ensures that the information will print appropriately on the printers used by the Office of Admissions. Text may be drafted in any standard Word processing program, then imported or "cut and pasted" into the application/reapplication. If additional space is needed, you may include this information on a separate sheet and mail it along with your Certification Page and $75 application/reapplication fee.

You may check the status of your supporting documents by returning to the application/reapplication website and entering your name and Password. If you have an unsubmitted application/reapplication in progress, you will be given the option to edit your applicatoin and to submit it when you are ready. If you have submitted the application/reapplication, then the status of all your supporting documents will be displayed 2 to 3 weeks after we receive your certification page, personal statement, resume, and application fee.

If todays' date is between October 1 and March 1, you are now ready to begin filling out your application or reapplication.
