Email Access Policy for Pharmacy Students

(1) All students must have an Email address. If a student has more than one Email address (e.g., davis@mail.utexas.edu, davis@hotmail.com, davis@aol.com) a single EMail must be identified as the College access Email. This should be the same EMail listed with the University in the electronic directory.

(2) Students are required to check their EMail on a frequent and regular basis. At a minimum this would represent twice-per-week. Consequently "I didn't check my EMail" or returned mail with "Mailbox Full" or "user unknown" should not be a problem for any communication.

(3) If a student changes their EMail address, the must notify the Student Affairs Office in the College, and we will change the EMail address on our local lists as well as the UT Electronic Directory."

Attention Pharmacy Students-- $500-$1,000 loans available from the APhA Auxiliary. Applications available in the Student Affairs Office in PHR 5.112.
