Registration for the 2014 ICD2 should be open in August, 2013.

Lodging
Participants will be accommodated at the conference hotel: Barton Creek, 8212 Barton Club Drive, Austin, TX 78735. Hotel reservation results from conference registration. Participants do not need to contact hotel separate from conference registration.
