Registration
$350 registration fee includes: access to online course materials via APhA, meeting materials provided as part of the live seminar, and up to 21 hours of continuing education credit issued upon successful completion of the program.
*Note: online course access information will be emailed to paid participants within 3-5 business days of registration.
The University of Texas at Austin Continuing Pharmacy Education Office reserves the right to cancel or amend any program at any time. In the event that a program is canceled or amended, every effort will be made to accomodate registrants on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Policy
A $150 refund of the registration fee will be made if notification is received two weeks prior to the live course date.
