The University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education.  This two-day activity is approved for 1.5 CEUs (15 contact hours) of continuing education credit.  In order to receive 15 contact hours of CE credit, the participant must attend/participate in all sessions of the program, and complete the online evaluations for each session at the conclusion of the program.

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Texas Medical Association (TMA) through the joint providership of the Texas Department of State Health Services and The University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy. The Texas Department of State Health Services is accredited by TMA to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The Texas Department of State Health Services, Continuing Education Service (TMA provider #4006803) designates this live activity for a maximum of 15 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)TM. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. This event has been approved by the Texas Department of State Health Services, Continuing Education Service for 4 credits in medical ethics and/or professional responsibility.

CNE Continuing Nursing Education:
The Texas Department of State Health Services, Continuing Education Service is an accredited provider (P0180) of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.  The Texas Department of State Health Services, Continuing Education Service has awarded 15 contact hour(s) of Continuing Nursing Education.

 

apalogo American Society for the Advancement of Pharmacotherapy (ASAP) is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. ASAP maintains responsibility for this program and its content. This conference is accredited for 15 hours of CEU.
