|2016 Registration Fee
Registration Fee Includes: CE credit, program, downloadable handouts, CE credits, and meals provided during the conference. (see Agenda)
Late Fee: After October 1, 2015 the late registration fee will be raised from $395 to $425.
Registration will open in June 2016
* Social Work/Counselor accreditation is for Texas licences only.

Conference Registration Refund Policy
A $150 refund of the conference registration fee will be made if notification of cancellation is made to College of Pharmacy Continuing Education by October 2. Refunds will not be made for cancellations received after October 2; however, substitute registrants will be accepted. There are no refunds for the optional handouts book purchases.
