Registration Fee Includes:
CE credit, program materials, and meals provided during the conference (see Agenda). Fee for Social Workers includes the activities between 8:45 AM - 5:45 PM on Thursday's Agenda.
Refund Policy:
A $150 refund of the conference registration fee will be made if notification of cancellation is made to College of Pharmacy Continuing Education by September 14. Refunds will not be made for cancellations received after September 14; however, substitute registrants will be accepted.
