Research Interests
Research in the Lee lab focuses on elucidating molecular mechanisms underlying genome management using integrated tools of biochemistry, chemical and structural biology. We are particularly interested in how DNA repair and epigenetic regulation maintain genomic and epigenomic integrity. Our current research interests include base-excision DNA repair, single-strand break DNA repair, and epigenetic regulation.
