research focus is pharmacokinetic, pharmacodynamic, and pharmacogenetic
aspect of drug therapy. Specifically, he is interested in how inter-individual
variability in drug metabolism can affect response to drugs and susceptibility
to biological disorder. | ||

Dr. Chris Frei, assistant professor of pharmacotherapy, was recognized by the Pharmacy Alumni Association as recipient of the Distinguished Young Alumnus Award. The award was presented in Fall
2012 during at the Alumni Reception and Awards Banquet. Dr. Frei earned his Pharm.D. from the college in 2001 and his M.S. in pharmacy in 2003. He was featured as part of the academic
accolade program during halftime of a Longhorn men's basketball game in late January.
