Canada, Todd, Pharm.D.

Todd Canada is a clinical pharmacy specialist at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas, where he is a member of the ICU/critical care service and nutrition support team that participates in the care and education of hospitalized as well as home patients.

He received his BS in pharmacy from the University of Oklahoma in 1988 and completed his PharmD from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 1993. He also completed a specialized residency in Nutrition Support / Critical Care at the University of Tennessee-Memphis in 1994. He became board certified in nutrition support in 1995 and recertified in 2003.

He is an active member of ASHP, TSHP, ACCP, the American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition and the Society of Critical Care Medicine.
