Currently, economic pressures are forcing organizations to evaluate not only what services and products to provide, but to evaluate the direct impact of those products and services through economic analyses and feedback from customers. My interest lies in examining the economics of not only pharmacy services, but health care services as a whole including the impact these services have on outcomes. Additionally, I am also interested in the social behavioral aspects of patients and health care providers as they relate to health care utilization.
