Financing Your Way through the PharmD Program PharmD students at UT Austin generally support themselves through various methods of financial assistance such as need-based financial aid (loans & grants), scholarships, and part-time work (pharmacy technician or intern). Approximately 85% or more of our students received some kind of financial assistance from UT Austin’s Student Financial Services and/or the College of Pharmacy. FINANCIAL AID: Note: If as a PharmD student, you decide to apply for financial aid at UT Austin, there are various ways to complete the FAFSA depending on whether you have a prior baccalaureate degree or not.
