Bill Klein, R.Ph.![]() |
Bill Klein is currently employed by the Cooperative Pharmacy Program -
University of Texas at El Paso/Austin as Assistant Director. Mr. Klein joined
the Cooperative Pharmacy Program - University of Texas at El Paso/Austin
in January 2000. He coordinates student activities of Pharmacy Programs
including recruitment of pharmacy scholars, advising pre pharmacy undergraduate
students at UTEP, and serving as the El Paso Regional Director, a position
he has held since 1996.
Prior to joining the Cooperative Pharmacy Program, he served as the Director of Pharmacy Services at Providence Memorial Hospital in El Paso, Texas from 1974 to 1999. Before arriving in El Paso, Mr. Klein served a tour of duty in the U.S. Army obtaining the rank of Captain and serving as the Chief of Pharmacy Services at Valley Forge General Hospital in Phoenixville, Pa. Mr. Klein received his B.S. in Pharmacy from Louisiana University - Monroe and completed an ASHP Residency in Hospital Pharmacy at Harris Hospital in Fort Worth, TX. Mr. Klein is a two time Past President of the El Paso Society of Hospital
Pharmacists and served the Texas Society of Hospital Pharmacists as Director
at Large. He has also served as Vice President of the El Paso Pharmacy
Association in 2001 and is a two term member of the Board of Directors
of the EPPA. |

Dr. Reilly is the Associate Director of Pharmacy, Clinical Services for
Thomason Hospital in El Paso, Texas. Dr. Reilly coordinates the existing
clinical services and supervises the pharmacy personnel assigned to clinical
activities at Thomason Hospital. Dr. Reilly began his employment with Thomason
Hospital in 1984 as a clinical pharmacist, was promoted to Inpatient Supervisor
in 1985, and promoted to his current position in 1986.
Dr. Reilly has been the clinical coordinator of the El Paso Regional Internship Program since June 1998. Dr. Reilly received his B.S. in Pharmacy from Idaho State University and his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Utah. He completed a residency in Clinical Pharmacy at the University of Utah Medical Center. Dr. Reilly is a member of the Drug Use Review Board for the Texas Department of Human Services and he also serves as a member of the Drug Surveillance Network of the Pharmacoepidemiology Research Center, Millard Filmore Hospital in Buffalo, NY. Dr. Reilly is a member of the American Pharmaceutical Association, the
American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, the Texas Society of Health-System
Pharmacists, and the El Paso Area Society of Health-System Pharmacists.

John Rudder is currently the Pharmacy Manager for Albertsons #932 in El
Paso, Texas. Mr. Rudder joined Albertsons in 1992. Before joining Albertsons
in 1992, Mr. Rudder was a staff pharmacist and Pharmacist-in-charge for
the Walgreens Company since 1984.
Mr. Rudder has been the Community Coordinator for the El Paso Region since 1992. Mr. Rudder received his B. S. in Pharmacy from the University of Texas at Austin and is a third generation Pharmacist. John's father is a practicing pharmacist in Brady, Texas. John is a member of the Texas Pharmacy Association and the El Paso Pharmacy
Association. He is a past President of the El Paso Pharmacy Association.
John received the Texas Pharmacy Association's Outstanding Local Association

Dr. Kim Ho is the Pharmacy Clinical Specialist at the Veterans Affairs
Health Care System in El Paso, Texas. Dr. Ho has been with the VAHCC since
1999. Prior to joining the VAHCC, Dr. Ho was the Clinical Coordinator for
Pharmacy Services at Del Sol Medical Center in El Paso, Texas having been
promoted from Clinical Staff Pharmacist.
Dr. Kim Ho has been the Institutional Coordinator for the El Paso Region since 2001. Dr. Ho received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Texas at Austin and her B.S degree from the University of Saigon, Vietnam. In 2001, Dr. Ho received her Board Certification as a Pharmacotherapy Specialist. Dr. Ho is a member of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists
