College Prepares for Class of 2017
The College of Pharmacy is swinging into high gear in anticipation of the arrival of the Class of 2017. New Student Orientation begins on Sunday afternoon, August 25 with a welcome social at the Texas Union Underground in the Student Union Building.
The college and the class get down to business bright and early on Monday, August 26 with a day of activities designed to help orient the incoming class to the college. New Student Orientation is a program of the Student Affairs Office but is student led with student co-chairs Angelica Cuenco and Casey Patton leading a significant portion of upperclassmen in planning activities and serving as mentors to the new class.Assistant Dean Diane Ginsburg directs student affairs and oversees the welcome.
