Pharmacy Month 2009

The College will observe national Pharmacy Month 2009 throughout October with a variety of activities designed to draw attention to the role of pharmacists in health care.
U.S. News and World Report has ranked the UT Austin College of Pharmacy among the top programs of pharmacy education in the country. More than 500 students are enrolled in the six-year undergraduate pharmacy program that leads to a Pharmacy Doctorate or Pharm.D. degree. Students are admitted to the college after completing their first two years of pre-pharmacy education.
Approximately 100 graduate students are pursuing M.S. and Ph.D. degrees through one of the college’s six divisions.
